Buckwheat papaya porridge

Buckwheat papaya


1 cup buckwheat groats, cooked

½ cup almond milk, milk, or soy milk

1 cup sliced papaya or other fruit

¼ cup blueberry

dash of cinnamon

1 tsp honey

1tsp coconut oil



Microwave buckwheat mixed with cinnamon and almond milk until hot, 1-2 minutes on high

Top with papaya and blueberries, add a drizzle of honey

Top with flaxseeds of chia seeds, and consider adding a tsp of coconut oil for richness and flavor
